- 使用瀏覽器
crypto.getRandomValues()與 rejection sampling；不使用Math.random()作為抽籤核心。 - 最多 5,000 筆、輸入最多 100,000 個 UTF-16 單位，單一項目最多 200 個單位。空白行會忽略；每行頭尾空白會移除。
- 相同文字不會偷偷去重。輸入兩次就等於放入兩張相同籤，頁面會顯示重複筆數。
- 名單、抽中結果與姓名不會上傳、不寫入 URL、不存到 localStorage／sessionStorage，也不送進 Analytics。Analytics 僅能收到工具名稱與匿名操作事件。
- 工具不提供指定中獎者、暗中加權、下注、賠率或金流。正式活動請自行保存規則與紀錄並確認法規。
